Student Orientation

Today was my student orientation for college. At first they were giving out brochures and refreshments. Then at 2:00 when the orientation began everybody went into the auditorium to hear speakers talk about the courses and the many aspects of the college. Then we all went into a classroom where one of the teachers gave another speach about the college and the academic programs they have and answer questions that students had. Then we were all basically given a tour of the building and the many different rooms they have. There were things to fill out and I got to bring home some more brochures and things like that. It's hard to believe that my classes actually start on Monday. I'm really excited about starting. I know it's going to be fun and I hope to make some friends there too.
