Movies and Bowling

Well I bowled a little better last night than I did last week. I got a 109, a 77 and a 93. That's not as good as I would like to do but at least I was still pretty close to my average, which is a 96. I wish I could get a 140 something, because right now my highest game ever is a 136 and my highest game of the season is a 134, which also turned out to be my highest game of last season. When I get a car I'm planning on joining a fall/winter league because I think I will get more practice bowling all year round. I've got friends there that have only been bowling about as long as I have and they usually bowl in the 180-200 range, but they do bowl all year which I think helps plus they're stronger 'cause they're guys and their balls are heavier. I think it may take a long time for me to get that good, but I'd be happy to just get 140's and 150's. Becky has bowled some really high games this year too. In fact she is still on the high list for females with that 194 game she did a few weeks ago.

On Friday I saw the Dark Knight with Mom, William, James, Martha, John, and Sarah, and it was really good. I think it was the best Batman movie they ever made. It was also really scary which I think is really awesome. I think Two Face was especially scary in this movie. Harvey Dent turned into Two Face when the left side of his face was burned and it looked pretty ghastly. I was cringing every time they showed the burned side of his face and you could see some bones. Two Face in Batman Forever was nowhere near this scary. In fact he looked more cartoonish than this one. Plus I think that Heath Ledger did a really good performance as the Joker. This was my favorite Batman movie by far and I think it may also be the biggest movie of the year.
